| Upon receiving a completed and qualified application an application review call will be conducted to review your background and work experience if strong mutual interest continues, we move to: |

An in-depth interview to further discuss your strategy and business plans as it pertains to markets of interest, number of POD locations, marketing focus, infrastructure, etc. Time is also spent answering questions pertaining to our operations

| At this stage in our process, if the "fit", qualifications, and interest level are strong, we will invite you to join us for a Discovery Day, held at our headquarters in Lafayette, NJ. |
| STEP THREE (Final Step In Our Process) |

| Discovery Day. You meet us and we get to meet you. You will have a chance to confirm everything you think you already know about POD Digital Promotions. At the end of Discovery Day, you should now be able to make a fully informed decision on whether or not POD Digital Promotions is a great "fit" for you. Within 24 hours of attending Discovery Day, the executive team at POD Digital Promotions will decide if you are the right candidate for us. An approval will be awarded or denied. |
